CLIPWEAVER is determined to ensure that using the site is fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. To ensure that it is we have produced these rules and guidelines which define what is considered acceptable and unacceptable behaviour within the site. More details can be found in the TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR CLIPWEAVER SERVICES which you agreed to on registration.

UNACCEPTABLE CONTENT

CLIPWEAVER is not responsible for the content of any uploaded media and/or files created on the site. CLIPWEAVER also does not filter content in advance or control the content posted or uploaded to its servers by Users.

Users have sole responsibility for any content uploaded, published, or in any other way transmitted or distributed by them through the Service CLIPWEAVER is not liable for any content made available through the Service.

Although CLIPWEAVER is not obliged to pre-screen and screen Users' account content, CLIPWEAVER reserves the right to access any account and any file, without prior notice, in order to verify the Users' compliance with the rules of membership which strictly forbid:

• Content that is in any way unlawful or prohibited under UK, EU or other international law or applicable regulations.
• Content that is abusive or threatening to other Users.
• Content which promotes hate or racism towards an identifiable group or is otherwise aimed to harass, threaten or insult individuals or multiple persons.
• Content of a distasteful or gruesome nature, and any media containing scenes of death or extreme physical abuse to humans or animals.
• Content promoting, or providing information for the promotion of, illegal activities, or activities potentially harmful to 3rd parties.
• Content which violates any UK laws regarding digital content usage.
• Content that the User does not have the right to distribute and that infringes on the rights of legitimate copyright holders.

We insist that all Users treat each other with respect and do not use abusive or insulting language in their communications.

Specific Obligations Relating to Child Protection

CLIPWEAVER is open to users of all ages and is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. We therefore strongly urge parents of children under 16 to monitor their child's account regularly. If you suspect the motives of any User your child is in communication with we suggest you close the account immediately and contact us.

To use the Service, the User must:

• Not upload and/or display any content which is considered to be paedophiliac. This includes the depiction of persons under the age of 18 posing in a sexually implicit or explicit manner or partaking in explicit sexual situations.
• Provide correct personal information during the registration process, ensuring that all information is current, complete, and true (in particular, the email address, which is necessary to activate the service)
• Maintain and update their registration data, in order to keep them current, complete and true
• Represent that he-she is of legal age to form a binding contract and is not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the European Union or other applicable jurisdiction.
• Not collect and store other Users' personal data without their explicit permission

Any User found to be uploading or creating prohibited content, or abusing or insulting other Users will have their membership revoked, their account information cancelled and deleted, and all media uploaded or created by them removed from the CLIPWEAVER site. Where appropriate we may also contact the appropriate authorities regarding the offending content and provide them with information such as the User's IP, a tracking cookie, and the time of the upload of the offending media. This information may be used against the User to find and prosecute them regarding any of the infringements.
